A 90-minute working session. One specific outcome.

You describe the problem your team is facing. We describe how we would solve it. You leave with a written assessment you can act on or share with your board, your partners, or your CRO. The written assessment arrives within 48 hours.

What happens

A working meeting, not a pitch.

No slide deck. No product tour. The 90 minutes are spent on your problem and how we would approach it.

You bring the problem. A credit analyst team buried in 25-hour memos. A BSA operation drowning in false positives. Associates spending 20 hours on a motion a larger firm produces in five. An ethics partner who needs a defensible position before the firm moves forward. Whatever the situation is at your institution — that is the starting point.

We bring the analysis. Which of those problems AI can address at your scale, what the engagement would look like, what your team would need to learn, and what governance would need to be in place. We describe how we would approach the work — the scope, the sequence, the people involved.

You leave with a written assessment. Not a proposal. Not a quote. A short document that names the problem, describes how we would solve it, identifies the employees affected, and outlines the governance requirements. It is written to be forwarded — to your CRO, your ethics partner, your board chair, your equity partners — without editing.

What is not implied

A self-contained meeting.

The written assessment is yours to use however you choose — take it to another advisory practice, share it with your team, file it, or act on it. We will not follow up unless you ask us to.

If the right answer is that AI is not the best path for your institution right now, the assessment will say so. You leave with a clear picture either way.

The form

Five fields. Nothing else.

We will respond within 48 hours to confirm the session and send calendar availability.

Understand the entry engagement first.

The diagnostic page describes the four-to-eight-week assessment in detail — what your institution receives, what your team learns, what is not implied, and who approves it. If you want to see the full scope before a conversation, start there.
